For your safety, each reservation for the daily entrance to the spa will be assigned a support room instead of the lockers in the changing rooms.

* Given the COVID-19 health emergency, following the enactment of any new legislative provisions, some services may be available with limitations, at the moment the entrances to the swimming pools or tubs are limited while you book the use of the saunas.

- It is necessary to check availability and book admission and treatment at least 48 hours in advance.
- It is advisable to arrive at the wellness center at least 20 minutes before the time of the massage.
- Entry to children under the age of 14 is not allowed
- Parking is available only to customers staying at the hotel
- The use of the hair cap is mandatory. It can be purchased at a cost of € 2.00 per piece at the hotel, alternatively, those in possession of it can use their own.
