Orienteering is a sport which appeals to everyone. You don’t need to be particularly fit or to undergo a specific training; you just need acute spirit of observation and a good sense of direction.

A number of control points are distributed around the area. Each competitor should leave a mark on the control point as proof or his/her visit.
