Spa access per day, per person: € 28.00 Mon-Fri, € 50.00 week-ends
Spa reservation – Customers who are not hotel guests must purchase a minimum Spa reservation of 2 hours. To enquire about the duration of the individual treatments, or for further information, please contact us at: +39 0775515791.
Spa check in – Please check in at the Spa reception desk at least 10 minutes before the appointment. Please note that treatments can neither be postponed nor extended in case of delayed arrival.
Spa dressing code – Male and female customers of the Spa are requested to wear a bathing suit at all times, when using the common areas.
Cancellation policy – Reservations can be cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours before due check in time. In case of late cancellations, customers will be charged 50% of the total cost of the reserved treatment. Cancellations made with a 0-12 hours notice will result in a 100% charge. (Customers who are not hotel guests will be requested to provide their credit card details to secure the reservation.)
Spa etiquette – In order to respect other customer's privacy and relax, the use of mobile phones and laptops is forbidden. The Spa is a non-smoking area.
Young guests - Teen-agers from 16 to 18 must be accompanied by an adult in the treatments area.
Health issues – Please inform our personnel on matters relating to specific health conditions and relevant allergies. Pregnant women, guests suffering from high blood pressure, heart diseases or any other major disorder are advised to see their GP before they undergo any treatment.
Private belongings/Damage – We waive any responsibility for stolen or lost private or valuable belongings within the Spa area.
