One of the most important sagras in Ciociaria is dedicated to its DOCG red wine Cesanese del Piglio which was the favourite wine of Pope Bonifacio VIII in the 13th century. Many ancient wine cellars of Piglio open this day. Wine and food tasting in the medieval center of Piglio , music and dance performances, traditional costumes and local traditions.
