On MTB:
– Go to Rome along the panoramic cycling path Fiuggi-Paliano, take the gravel road until the Colleferro train station and, after traveling 30 minutes by train, you’ll arrive in Ciampino where you enter the Appian Way that lead you to the Colosseum.
– Ride along the cycling path of the nature parks in Rome; cycling in Rome has never been more amazing. Try the best single track or the fabulous step in the Natural Reserve of Monte Mario or Pineta Sacchetti

On Road Bike:
– Along the road on the west side of the Ernici Mountains, you’ll arrive in the valley. We’ll ride over the hills of “Castelli Romani” and arrive in Frascati. There, after a wine tasting stop at a local winery, we’ll take the train to Rome. We’ll get off in the Capannelle train station and arrive in front of the Colosseum in about 15 km
– A further option to ride outside Rome is along the Tirrenic Sea. Thanks to a transfer, we arrive in Prossedi where we get to the coast of Sabaudia and, riding to the South for 30 km we’ll admire the wonderful landscape of the Land of Circe.
